Visit Mr J........

On 22 sep,before we go Giant buy our bbq food.. we went to visit Mr J at his house.... Let the pictures do the talking... :)

Then i try to lift weight.......
HA HA HA HA HA HA.. i never know i so loousy,cannot even lift up a 5 kg weight by 1 hand :( I only can lift up using both of my hands O_O Aku stress ah! HA HA HA... But others of them can lift man!

Its quite hard to use crutches too.. Hmm...
